Following this, we perform a physical inspection of the installation site to assess technical and logistical requirements. At this stage, we also discuss and factor in any customised control panel features you may need: whether it’s auto start/stop, automatic load transfer, or intelligent distribution systems. Once the specifications are finalised, a detailed quotation is shared.
Sales
Once the consultation is complete and the proposal is approved, our dedicated sales team steps in to ensure a swift and hassle-free purchasing experience. With a strong focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, we work to expedite the order process, ensuring that your diesel genset is delivered on time and ready for installation.
Installation
The installation process begins with preparing a strong and stable concrete foundation for the genset. Clients can either opt for our turnkey execution, where our team handles the entire construction, or we provide clear guidance for clients who prefer to manage it themselves.
Once the base is ready, we carry out comprehensive earthing for the engine, alternator, radiator and neutral line: ensuring complete safety and grounding compliance. The genset is then meticulously integrated with the distribution box, setting the stage for efficient and reliable performance from day one.

After Sales Service
Our job isn’t finished once the genset is installed. We stay by your side to make sure your operations stay smooth and reliable. That’s why we offer regular preventive maintenance to help avoid unexpected issues and keep everything running as it should.
If a problem does come up, our dedicated service team is quick to respond and resolve it with minimal fuss.
Every genset comes with a standard 2-year warranty. You also have the option to extend it up to 5 years, covering what we call the 5Cs: Cylinder, Crankshaft, Crankcase, Camshaft and Connecting Rod. It’s our way of giving you extra confidence and peace of mind.
