CNC Cutting & Bending
Using precision CNC machinery, raw sheets are cut and bent into perfectly shaped canopy components. This ensures uniformity, strength, and clean edges for all enclosures.
Welding
Trained welders join canopy components to create structurally strong, vibration-resistant enclosures — the backbone of our silent gensets.Once the consultation is complete and the proposal is approved, our dedicated sales team steps in to ensure a swift and hassle-free purchasing experience. With a strong focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, we work to expedite the order process, ensuring that your diesel genset is delivered on time and ready for installation.
Wash & Chemical Treatment (9-Stage Process)
All parts undergo a thorough cleaning and surface treatment process using BASF-approved chemicals. This step ensures rust protection and long-term paint adhesion.
Powder Coating by Wagner
The treated components are coated with Wagner powder coating systems, providing a smooth, weather-resistant, and corrosion-proof finish.
Soundproofing Installation
The canopies are internally lined with high-quality acoustic insulation materials to minimise noise — even under peak load conditions.
Engine Assembly
The heart of the genset — the E-TMTL engine — is mounted, aligned, and integrated with precision for optimal performance and fuel efficiency.
Alternator Coupling
The alternator is installed and coupled with the engine, ensuring seamless power generation and consistent voltage regulation.
Control Panel Integration
Advanced control panels are installed, tested, and configured for user-friendly monitoring, safety, and automation.
Testing & Quality Checks
Each unit undergoes a series of performance and safety tests including load testing, noise checks, fuel efficiency trials, and safety validation.
Packing & Dispatch
Post-inspection, the genset is securely packed and dispatched to customers across Eastern India — ready to power operations wherever needed.
