1. Turret Punching and Bending

Latest Japanese precision & intelligent machines are used to make perfectly shaped canopy components from high-grade sheet metal to achieve productivity of finest quality of canopies.

2. Welding and Fabrication

Modern MIG welding machines and highly trained welders are deployed in a process-driven condition for making structurally strong & vibration-resistant enclosures — the backbone of our silent gensets.

3. Pretreatment – Multistage Chemical Cleaning

All components undergo a thorough cleaning and surface treatment typically used in metal surface preparation for optimal coating & corrosion resistance. This step ensures rust protection and long-term paint protection.

4. Powder Coating and Curing

The surface-treated components are powder coated in German robotic machines following a systematic curing process in a controlled environment which ensures high finish, durable, water resistant, corrosion-proof finish.

5. Acoustic Insulation for Sound Proof

The canopies are lined with high quality fire retardant PU foams to absorb noise as per designed criteria to ensure smooth operation even under peak load condition.

6. Engine Assembly

The heart of the genset — the E-TMTL engine — is mounted, aligned, and integrated with precision for optimal performance and fuel efficiency.

7. Alternator Coupling

The alternator is installed and coupled with the engine, ensuring seamless power generation and consistent voltage regulation.

8. Control Panel Integration

Advanced control panels are installed, tested, and configured for user-friendly monitoring, safety, and automation.

9. Testing & Quality Checks

Each unit undergoes a series of performance and safety tests including load testing, noise checks, fuel efficiency trials, and safety validation.

10. Packing & Dispatch

Post-inspection, the genset is securely packed and dispatched to customers across Eastern India — ready to power operations wherever needed.
